Digital Marketing Specialist I

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive our digital marketing strategy through a combination of content, campaign management, marketing technology, and data analytics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing and can turn data into actionable strategies that improve performance and support business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Create, update, and optimize content across websites, customer emails, blogs, and other digital channels.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including paid advertising.
• Manage campaign budgets and use performance data to maximize ROI.
• Manage and optimize marketing technology, automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Track key marketing metrics including conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition costs, and campaign performance.
• Create Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize results and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Support audience segmentation and targeted marketing efforts using customer demographics, behaviors, and purchasing patterns.
• Evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
• Manage the marketing content approval process through TrackWise.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Business Systems, and Product teams to align marketing initiatives and objectives.
• Present marketing insights, recommendations, and performance results to internal stakeholders.
• Support product launches, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

You should be able to translate data into clear insights and recommendations while collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Strong candidates will have experience with:

• Digital marketing strategy and campaign execution
• Marketing analytics and performance reporting
• Marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
• Data visualization and Power BI
• Customer segmentation and data-driven marketing
• Website and email content management

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in web content management. 

Experience working with CRM, Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Preferred experience with Progress Sitefinity, WordPress, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics.

Solid front-end programming skills (HTML, CSS, JS).

Experience managing PPC and SEO.

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
