Job Overview We are seeking a dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is position is more of host and we are looking for someone that is warm, and can get people excited about ther decision to stay at the Yodeler and being in Red Lodge Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in processe, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using computerized systems. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions. Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures. Maintain a clean lobby and common areas Aide in laundry efforts & checking of hot-tub chemicals Experience Guest-forwrd, outgoing personality with ability to interact with guests Previous experience in customer support or as a medical receptionist is preferred but not required. Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in various software applications. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
