In this strategic role, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams, drive project success, and help strengthen Psomas' presence in the region through technical excellence and client partnerships.You'll also enjoy a unique 4½-day work week schedule and an office environment designed to support collaboration, wellness, and professional growth.Why PsomasShared Success: An ownership culture that rewards long-term thinking and doing what's right.Retirement Benefits: Company-funded ESOP + 401(k) with immediate match.Flexible Schedule: In-office Monday through Thursday (9-hour days) and remote on Fridays (4 hours) to start your weekend early.Exceptional Workplace: Access to a full-service gym, indoor basketball court, training rooms, cafeteria, and game room featuring a bowling alley.Career Growth: Clear pathways, coaching, and leadership development.People-First Culture: Collaborative teams that invest in your development.Meaningful Work: Infrastructure projects that positively impact communities throughout Utah.What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you will provide technical leadership and project oversight for water infrastructure projects while supporting business development and mentoring the next generation of engineers.Project Delivery: Lead all phases of water, wastewater, and recycled water infrastructure projects from planning through construction.Technical Leadership: Review engineering plans, specifications, reports, and provide quality oversight for project teams.Project Management: Manage staffing, budgets, schedules, cost estimating, and overall project performance.Business Development: Support client relationships, pursuit planning, and proposal development efforts.Contract Administration: Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives while maintaining contract requirements.Team Development: Supervise, mentor, and develop engineers and technical staff.Client Partnerships: Collaborate with municipalities, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver successful infrastructure solutions.Required QualificationsBachelor 's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.Professional Engineer (PE) license in Utah.10+ years of experience managing water infrastructure projects.Demonstrated success delivering water and wastewater projects throughout the Wasatch Front region.Experience with pump stations, large-diameter pipelines, water production wells, flow control facilities, and reservoirs.Experience supervising engineers and designers.Strong knowledge of technical specifications, engineer's estimates, scheduling, and proposal development.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with master planning and hydraulic modeling.Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu, and related engineering software.Strong business development, team leadership, and operational management skills.Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Incentives: Discretionary bonus and recognition programs.Time Off: 3–4 weeks PTO plus 8 paid holidays.Total Rewards: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family, along with employee ownership and retirement benefits.Our Hiring ApproachOur recruiting team reviews every application personally and will keep candidates informed throughout the process.
