Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this individual is to assist the Accounts Receivables Department with bank account reconciliations, rebates, and credit limit reviews Assist with customer deduction reconciliations and other departmental duties as required. Assist Credit Analyst with invoicing, reconciling, creating spreadsheets, invoices for tariffs Sending invoices/credits/reconciliations to customers upon request Use of various NTN Systems to obtain information for deductions and tariffs Run DnB reports for credit reviews and update system Enter invoices into customer portals as needed The work schedule is flexible, but all work must be accomplished on-site during normal business hours (7am to 5pm Monday-Friday). This position is for 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday in office, and Friday work from home. Requirements Energetic, self-motivated problem solver willing to learn.
