Events Manager

Title: Events Manager Industry: Autonomous Vehicle / Technology Location: Boston, MA Duration: Approximately 6 months; part-time, 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; fully onsite in Boston, MA. Responsibilities Oversee daily workplace operations, including office walkthroughs, supply inventory, mail and deliveries, facilities coordination, and issue resolution. Coordinate with building management, vendors, and internal teams such as IT, Human Resources, Facilities, and Food Programs to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming workplace. Plan, budget, and execute employee events, engagement activities, team-building programs, celebrations, and other culture initiatives. Manage workplace amenities, including meal services, snacks, beverages, seasonal activities, and employee-facing office programs. Support office administration, including budget tracking, onboarding and orientation, internal documentation, meeting logistics, and workspace planning. Requirements 2-5+ years of experience in office administration, workplace operations, facilities coordination, employee experience, event coordination, or a related role. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment; autonomous vehicle industry experience is a plus. Strong organizational, time-management, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience managing vendors and coordinating workplace services such as repairs, maintenance, cleaning, food programs, events, and facilities support. Ability to work independently, provide high-quality employee-facing service, proactively resolve issues, and use Google Workspace and related productivity tools.
