Digital Advertising Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced digital advertising professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role will partner with internal teams to execute paid media campaigns and improve campaign performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing campaign strategy, analytics, and hands‑on platform management in a collaborative agency environment. Responsibilities Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across display, video, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Meta Lead ads, and programmatic platforms. Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns based on client goals, budgets, and performance data. Monitor campaign performance, optimize spending, and recommend strategic improvements. Manage audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting. Execute campaign builds, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget pacing, and ongoing optimizations within advertising platforms. Analyze results and provide performance insights to internal teams and clients. Stay current with digital advertising trends and emerging platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field required. 3+ years of hands‑on paid media buying experience. Experience directly managing campaigns in at least one of the following: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager / Meta Lead Ads, programmatic advertising platforms. Agency experience preferred; client-side experience considered if the candidate personally managed campaigns. Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting tools.
