Role: 

Our client is seeking an experienced digital advertising professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role works closely with internal teams to develop media strategies, manage campaign performance, and provide reporting that helps clients achieve their marketing goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing campaign strategy, analytics, and hands-on platform management in a collaborative agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across social, search, display, video, and programmatic platforms.
• Develop media recommendations based on client objectives and budgets.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize spending, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Manage audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and platform implementation.
• Analyze results and provide performance insights to internal teams and clients.
• Stay current with digital advertising trends and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar discipline is required.
• 3+ years of digital media buying or paid advertising experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Experience managing campaigns across major digital advertising and social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, analytics, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting tools.

Compensation:
A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a base salary, annual bonus, profit sharing, as well as a GREAT medical, dental, vision, wellness, 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, floating holidays, etc.

Working Situation:
This is in the office 5 days a week with the opportunity for a hybrid working schedule in the future.
