Position: Primary Care Physician - Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln Medical Center, Bronx, NY.

City Health + Hospitals/Lincoln is a Level I Trauma and Stroke Center with comprehensive services. The role provides primary care to an underserved community in the South Bronx.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and community resources.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Active New York State medical license.
• Active DEA license.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary: $236,000 (board eligible) / $241,000 (board certified) for a 40‑hour work week.
• Additional compensation for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
• Projected bonus up to $40,000 contingent on quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) company contribution: immediate 3% of base earnings, with an additional 7% after one year of service.
