Client Data Analyst II

The Client Data Analyst II (analyst) position is responsible for partnering with our clients and teams to drive their initiatives with strategy, analytics and actionable insights, optimizing program measurement to drive field team success, and constantly engaging with the team to better understand where they can have the greatest impact. The analyst will leverage business and market relevant information to make data-driven decisions that allow Mosaic to achieve its sales and marketing objectives and quickly adapt tactics. The analyst will play a key role in evolving, leading, and growing the data-driven discipline within the program they support.Remain fully informed on latest marketing and data trends, practice, and process3-5 years of related work experience1-2 years of project management experienceIntermediate (advanced is ideal, not required) Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills including formulas, pivot tables, V-look-upIntermediate statistical analysis skillsExperience with SPSS, Python, R, or other stats softwareIntermediate PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker skills; other data visualization platform skills a plusAbility to tell a relevant, powerful story with data that matters to clientsAbility to lead research activities including developing a plan, collecting data, and taking actionAbility to execute standard measurement strategies within a projectStrong analytical and critical thinking with the ability to disseminate insight from large datasetsDevelop understanding of all areas phases of Mosaic business to find new opportunities for insights, measurement, and analyticsProven ability to timely complete projects and achieve results in an ambiguous work environmentCollect, inspect, cleanse, transform, model and diagram of complex data setsDaily use of various business intelligence and analytical software toolsInterpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations to the teamLead the standardized measurement strategy for clients and team leadersDesign or collaborate on specific research methods such as questionnaires and market testing approaches (A/B testing, multi-variate, etc)Use statistical analysis to understand the key drivers of the business and provide recommendations for optimization and go-to-market strategiesCompile data into professional reports that support both findings and recommendations quantitatively and qualitatively.
