Job Full Description

Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to maintain cleanliness and organization across multiple rooms and common areas of the property. The ideal candidate will have prior housekeeping experience and a strong commitment to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces to established standards
Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Interact professionally and courteously with guests on a consistent basis
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a positive guest experience
Assist with light lifting and movement of supplies or equipment as needed
Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols

Schedule:

Regular hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Required to work Saturdays and Sundays
Availability to substitute for weekday shifts as needed

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting

Compensation:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience
