Title: Hybris (SAP Commerce) Developer Lead Location: Remote or Plano, TX
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and optimize SAP Commerce product catalogs, classifications, categories, and complex product models for configurable products, variants, and large-scale assortments.
- Lead end-to-end technical solutioning and software development for SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) applications.
- Design and implement B2B commerce features, customized workflows, and system integrations to support complex enterprise requirements.
- Drive code quality, architectural standards, and technical governance across full-stack Hybris integrations.
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional teams to refine functional specifications into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, performance-tune, and resolve architectural bottlenecks within enterprise-scale SAP Hybris environments.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud (5+ years)
- Solution Architecture & Technical Design in Hybris B2B (5+ years)
- SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) platform experience (3+ years)
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS
- Hybris Spartacus (Decoupled/Headless Storefront)
- Aerospace / Defense or Industrial B2B E-Commerce Experience
- Enterprise System Integration (ERP, CRM, PIM)
- Agile Leadership & Technical Governance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- An experienced SAP Commerce Technical Lead or Solution Architect with deep expertise in enterprise B2B e-commerce architectures. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in complex product modeling, CCv2 environments, and high-level solution design, demonstrating strong technical leadership and structured communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical solution design and architecture for SAP Commerce Cloud platforms.
- Model and optimize complex product catalogs, configurable products, variants, and B2B pricing structures.
- Oversee implementation standards, code quality, and backend integrations across CCv2 systems.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable technical specifications.
