We are seeking experienced Sterile and Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Spring, Texas. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in both sterile and non-sterile compounding.

The Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and verifying compounded preparations while ensuring accuracy, quality, proper documentation, and compliance with all applicable regulatory standards. This position reports directly to the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and plays an important role in maintaining the pharmacy’s high standards for patient safety, quality, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform Sterile/Non-Sterile compounding and verify preparation accuracy
• Ensure quality control throughout the compounding process
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Oversee pharmacy inventory management and equipment maintenance
• Monitor safety protocols and maintain record keeping
• Consult with customers regarding sterile compounded medications
• Lead and support a small pharmacy team effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of direct sterile/non-sterile compounding experience
