Bookkeeper - Hybrid Remote Opportunity
Location: Atlanta, GA About Us

Work 40 hours or fewer per week while receiving above-market compensation and exceptional benefits. What You'll Do
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for 30+ entities and individuals.
• Record daily financial transactions and update the general ledger in real time.
• Organize and digitally file financial documents, including:
o Insurance policies
o Notices
o Invoices
• Complete annual compliance filings:
o 1099s
o Annual LLC registrations
o Business license renewals
• Assist the Controller with overall accounting tasks.
• Perform other appropriate duties and projects as assigned by the Controller.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred although experience will be considered in lieu of degree What We Offer

What You'll Bring
- A minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A service-oriented mindset, trustworthiness, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- The capability to work independently while contributing to a team.
