**What You Will Do** **:**

As a **Client Service Representative,** you will be responsible for responding to day-to-day lender loan servicing inquiries surrounding government program operations, including one or more of the following functions: loan document processing, payments, reporting, account activity, remittance reconciliation, and industry performance/adherence with stated agreements. You will be responsible for selecting the appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures and/or make simple adaptions and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence, depending on the task. You will be able to escalate any recognized issues.

**What You Will Need** **:**

+ 0+ years of relevant experience

+ Highschool Diploma or GED minimum education

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of program participants.

+ Strong analytical and quality control skills

+ Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices

+ Ability to work in a collaborative environment

+ Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

+ Ability to work in-office full time

+ US Citizenship

**What Would Be Nice to Have** **:**

+ Team oriented and collaborative with empathetic mindset, who can demonstrate the ability to stay focused in a high-performance work project

+ Bachelor's degree is highly preferred

+ Eager to apply strong organizational and communication skills in a professional office setting
