Job Title: Restaurant General Manager Location: Herriman, Utah 84096, USA Job Type: Full-time Shift: 10‑hour shift (Day or Evening) Compensation: Salary $65,000 – $80,000 base per year, plus performance bonus with a total target of $100,000+. The above describes the general nature and level of work; additional duties may be assigned as needed. Job Summary The Restaurant General Manager oversees all day‑to‑day operations at a Slim Chickens franchise, ensuring exceptional customer service, high quality food, and profitability. The GM embodies the company’s core values—coaching, engaging, efficiency, hospitality—and works with the team to deliver a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of 65 to 100 employees, fostering a people‑first culture. Maintain a sparkling, clean environment and uphold food safety standards. Drive sales growth, achieve P&L targets, and maintain top‑tier service time metrics. Recruit, train, and develop future leaders using the company’s training systems. Engage the local community to support brand visibility and marketing initiatives. Implement operational systems and processes that reduce turnover and improve efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for all operational leadership and franchisor representatives. Report on performance through regular operational assessments and meetings. Qualifications Required: Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or hospitality experience. Preferred: Prior experience in franchised quick‑service restaurants.
