AR Analyst

Our client, a luxury fashion company, is looking for a AR Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Midtown Manhattan. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business accounts receivables, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Role Overview:

• Contract Role: Through end of August 2026, potential for extension
• Pay: $32-34/hr on W2 (No C2C)
• Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Responsibilities:

• Perform cash, credit card, and e-commerce reconciliations
• Research and analyze discrepancies and follow up with retail teams for resolutions
• Monitor and and collect documentation related to chargeback claims
• Process customer refund requests
• Assist with month-end financial closings
• Assist with audits and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business concentration is preferred
• 2+ years of corporate accounts receivable experience is required, experience working within a multinational corporation is preferred
• Strong reconciliation and chargeback experience preferred 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, experience with SAP is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
