Role Summary The banquet captain supervises staff and coordinates event logistics for banquets, weddings, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and high guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage staff Oversee setup and breakdown Coordinate food and beverage service Handle guest requests and complaints Enforce health and safety standards They serve as a critical link between event organizers, guests, and kitchen staff to guarantee a smooth, successful event.
