About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP/Senior Associate for its Private Equity team, which is at the forefront of the firm's investment activities. The successful candidate will be a key player in the full transaction lifecycle, from deal origination to execution, and will be expected to take on a high level of ownership in deal execution. This role involves leading financial and valuation analysis, identifying and communicating investment risks, and managing the day-to-day investment process. The VP/Senior Associate will also be involved in deal structuring and financing discussions, and will be a senior resource for junior team members. Applicants for the VP/Senior Associate position should be highly motivated and capable of working with minimal oversight. The role requires a candidate who can independently drive financial analysis, due diligence, and contribute to deal structuring conversations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment management, with experience in real estate equity and credit strategies. Responsibilities also include coordinating with various internal and external parties, preparing executive-level reporting materials, and participating in client and lender conversations. The role demands a professional who can maintain high standards in valuation and underwriting, and who is adept at collaborating across different functions within the firm.
