Goodridge Construction Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Tech to provide reliable heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service for onsite projects in Berwick, PA.

The HVAC Tech will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient, and comfortable operation for residential or commercial environments. This is a hands-on role requiring strong diagnostic skills, quality workmanship, and a commitment to completing work to specification.

Working onsite in Berwick, PA, you’ll collaborate with team members and support timely service delivery while following safety procedures and jobsite standards.

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and related components, including heating and cooling equipment.

• Diagnose issues using standard testing methods and interpret results to determine the most effective repair or service plan.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to support system performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.

• Complete work orders, document service activities accurately, and communicate findings clearly to appropriate stakeholders.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain jobsite cleanliness throughout each assignment.

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician performing installation, maintenance, and repairs.

• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify causes of system problems and select appropriate solutions.

• Working knowledge of HVAC safety practices and safe handling of tools and equipment.

• Ability to work onsite and adapt to changing jobsite conditions, schedules, and priorities.

• Clear communication skills and professionalism when working with team members and customers.

• Familiarity with a variety of HVAC system types and common service requirements.

• Experience supporting both preventive maintenance and corrective repair work across different equipment brands.

• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in a service or construction environment.

Hourly rate: $25.00 - $45.00
