The White Chocolate Grill in Naperville is always looking for service-minded, hard-working individuals to join our team in both front-of-house and back-of-house positions. We are always interviewing for the right candidates who bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality. We are not a seasonal employer — we hire for long-term growth and development.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $15.00/hour or higher depending on experience
• Tipped Employees: $9.00/hour + tips
• Paid Time Off: Accrues upon hire and available to all employees

• Medical Benefits: Available to employees averaging 30+ hours/week after a measurement period

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Positive attitude and a commitment to excellent guest service
• Availability on weekends and evenings required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Looking for long-term employment — we do not have summer jobs
