Field Registered Nurse – Palm Beach County, FL Activa Home Health, an AccordCare Company, is seeking experienced and compassionate Field Registered Nurses to join our team. Position Summary The Field RN provides skilled nursing care to Medicare home health patients in accordance with each patient’s individualized Plan of Care, with a strong focus on safety, clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction. Experience with WellSky Kinnser, OASIS, and Medicare home health is required.
