Job Description: As the Club Manager of Fitsi Escondido, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gym, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and leading a team of dedicated staff. Your role will be critical in maintaining our high standards of service, achieving business goals, and fostering a positive and motivating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the gym, including staff management, facility maintenance, and inventory control. Ensure compliance with all labor, health and safety regulations.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise gym staff, including front desk personnel, and maintenance staff, janitorial staff, and the assistant manager. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Member Experience: Enhance member satisfaction by addressing concerns, implementing feedback, and creating programs that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets to meet club financials & monitor financial performance. Implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Handle payroll, billing, and expense management.
• Marketing and Sales: Drive membership sales and retention through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and community outreach. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Program Development: Design and oversee events that engage members and promote a healthy lifestyle. Evaluate community and member engagement and make improvements as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all members and prospects. Resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive gym experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Gym Manager or similar role in the fitness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successful staff development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Solid understanding of fitness programs, equipment, and industry trends.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and sales strategies.
• Proficiency in gym management software
• Relevant certifications are required (CPR/AED)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
