Job Description Payroll & Benefits Administrator Palm Beach Gardens, FL | Full-Time | On-Site Esquire Law Services is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while also supporting benefit administration, employee enrollments, leaves of absence, and HR operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in providing exceptional employee support. What You'll Do Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing for a multi-state workforce Audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance Process employee status changes, compensation updates, and deductions Administer employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations Coordinate open enrollment activities and employee communications Assist with 401(k), COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and leave administration Reconcile payroll and benefit invoices Respond to employee questions regarding pay, benefits, and HR policies Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Partner with HR leadership on process improvements and special projects What We're Looking For 2+ years of payroll, benefits, HR, or related experience Experience working with payroll systems and HRIS platforms Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Multi-state payroll experience is a plus (Paychex experience a plus) Benefits administration experience is highly preferred Why Join Esquire?
