Job Description
We are seeking a School psychologist work as a ProCare Therapy in Laurel, DE. This is a full time position for the 2026/2027 school year. In this position, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and clearly communicate findings
- Partner with educators and families to design and implement meaningful interventions
- Contribute to the development of IEPs, 504 Plans, and behavioral support plans
- Provide short-term counseling and crisis response support
- Analyze data to guide decision-making and improve student outcomes
- Lead or support initiatives focused on mental health awareness and prevention
Qualifications
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Valid Delaware certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong assessment, consultation, and communication skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
