Job Description Full-time (37.5 hours/week) Onsite, Monday - Friday 2024-2025 school year Details about caseload will be discussed in the interview K-12th grade (District Wide) Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on students' strengths, challenges, and developmental levels. Design and deliver instructional activities that target academic, communication, social, and life skills development. Use evidence‑based teaching strategies and interventions to support students with autism in achieving their educational objectives. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic and consistent approach to student support. Utilize assistive technology and visual supports to enhance learning experiences and facilitate communication. Implement behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors. Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust teaching methods as needed to meet individualized goals.
