Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in San Diego, California. Licensed clinicians offering 30+ hours per week are eligible for a competitive ramp stipend. About the Role We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. Qualifications Independently licensed and residing in California (Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)). Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly. Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children. Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress. Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools. Positive team contributor. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and face-to-face sessions, manage caseloads, and participate in clinical community interactions. Compensation Up to $138,500 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
