Operations Manager

Job Summary The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the on‑site client space occupancy and on‑site/virtual client agreements following the CNYBAC process under the direction of the CNYBAC executive director. Duties include but are not limited to completing monthly invoicing, notifying clients when payments are overdue, managing event space permitting following the CNYBAC Event process, assisting the executive director with projects such as the Upstate Revitalization Initiative 3rd floor rehabilitation project, updating Administrative Assistant forms/Standard Operating Procedures and Client Handbook, and acting as the main point of contact for CNYBAC on‑site residents, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing updates. Additionally this position will be responsible for supervising an administrative position. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field and one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
