What You'll Do

Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing restaurant team while maintaining accountability and high standards.

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

Hire, train, and develop team members, building future leaders and strong bench strength.

Work side by side with FOH & BOH teams, including cooking, prep, expo, catering, and service.

Serve as the go-to leader for guest concerns, ensuring every guest feels valued.

Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food cost oversight.

Analyze operational reports and key metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Partner with District Manager to execute strategic business initiatives and local restaurant priorities.

Create a positive, inclusive workplace culture rooted in teamwork, respect, and high standards.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of restaurant management experience required

Comfortable leading both FOH & BOH teams in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills

Guest-obsessed with strong problem-solving skills

Tech savvy: POS systems, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office; P&L experience a plus

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

High school diploma required; A.A. degree preferred

Valid Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
