Senior Art Director

To support a dynamic healthcare communications team, the full-time Senior Art Director will develop and execute high-quality visual concepts across various channels, translating creative briefs into polished deliverables while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote-friendly environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute visual concepts and creative deliverables for pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare communications programs Translate creative briefs and strategic direction into audience-appropriate work that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines Contribute visual ideas and design thinking during brainstorming and concept development, ensuring strong execution of creative work Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred 4+ years of professional creative experience, ideally within an agency or healthcare communications environment Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, design craft, and visual storytelling across multiple channels Experience developing creative for regulated industries such as pharmaceutical or biotechnology strongly preferred Proficiency with relevant creative and design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite
