You are constantly seeking the thrill of finding the “big idea” that answers the brief in a fresh, strategic, and emotionally resonant way. You approach challenges from unexpected angles, turning insights into arresting visual concepts and transforming ideas beyond the obvious. You push beyond your comfort zone to deliver exceptional creative solutions with a focus on the visual output.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the creative team, copywriters, and strategists to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Presenting ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients confidently.
• Creating design solutions for all forms of communication, logotypes, iconography, storyboards, wire frames, meeting and exhibition materials, as well as a host of other deliverables
• Taking responsibility for allocated projects and their associated brand requirements including understanding the importance of brand guidelines and protecting brand equity
• Organizing, attending, and running photoshoots; CGI and AI expressions; video production
• Engaging with third-party creative suppliers as and when necessary

What you’ll bring

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Exceptional understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
• Highly organized mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards
• Proficiency in Figma is a plus
• A minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced healthcare agency would be an advantage
