Senior Product Manager

Location: Remote in the United States (ET/CT) | Travel: Occasional travel to NYC or Atlanta

Reports To: Vice President, Product

Responsibilities

• Leading product strategy, roadmap, customer experience, adoption, retention, expansion
• Owning intelligence and matching capabilities for an emerging AI product
• Defining the product vision + lifecycle – customer discovery, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration
• Owning systematic matching logic, replacing manual matching with product-driven intelligence
• Translating customer questions into real product capabilities
• Partnering with data scientists to define, test, and validate signals and hypotheses
• Defining requirements for dashboards, benchmarks, alerts, competitive intelligence, reporting
• Monitoring KPIs – identifying where customers disengage, leading improvements to UX
• Partnering with GTM teams on positioning, packaging launches, training, and sales enablement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on B2B data, analytics, and/or AI-enabled software products
• Understanding of LLM, generative engine optimization, recommendation systems, citations, sentiment analysis
• Experience taking complex data and turning it into clear, actionable customer experiences
• Experience partnering with data scientists and engineers on experimentation, data quality, signal development, ranking, or ML products
• Strong customer discovery skills and ability to engage with users throughout the lifecycle
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to different audiences
• Startup experience is required – fast-moving environments, small teams, high visibility/ownership
