Role Description The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and executing the overall product vision and strategy for Elite Solution’s lead generation services and technology solutions. This role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap development, requirements definition, and delivery, ensuring products align with business goals and client needs in the UK and US markets. The CPO leads and mentors product teams, collaborates closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technology functions, and establishes clear priorities, metrics, and processes for product development and optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and customer feedback, shaping data-driven product decisions, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in product performance and user experience. The CPO also plays a key role in stakeholder communication, executive decision-making, and scaling the product organization to support growth.
Qualifications

• Strong product strategy skills, including experience defining product vision, positioning, and long-term roadmaps.
• Proven product management expertise in leading end-to-end product lifecycles and delivering impactful, data-informed solutions.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and execute complex initiatives on time and within scope.
• Effective team leadership and cross-functional team leadership skills, with a track record of guiding diverse teams toward shared goals.
• Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or technology-enabled lead generation, ideally serving UK and US markets.
• Ability to use analytics and customer insights to inform product decisions and measure product performance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with executive and operational teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a senior product leadership role, such as VP of Product or CPO, within a growth-focused organization.
