Program Manager II, Software Engineering, Google Ads

Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including targeted communications by stakeholder type.Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including near- and long-term objectives.Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively. Independently maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks including proactively managing dependencies.Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience in program or project management.Experience with the software development life cycle and managing engineering programs.Experience working with consumer facing products.Preferred qualifications:2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience in ads platforms or ad tech.Experience with Google Ads, Display or UX.Experience with release management lifecycles and project milestones.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.
