Talent Acquisition Expert at BOE Technology Group The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. Responsibilities Research the market and customer, define the right strategy, and execute the plan. Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, identify new business opportunities, and enable actual business growth. Review specific program requirements and lead the design-in stage of program development with cross-functional teams. Define the project plan/schedule, organize internal resources with cross-functional teams, and manage the project execution. Manage and execute sales processes such as pricing strategy, scheduling, design-in, forecasting, sales planning, and daily operations. Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status and deliver executive communications/presentations to drive decision-making. Other duties as assigned. Provide protocol/service support for customers (internal/external). Qualifications Proactive, self-motivated, and driven with a willingness to learn. Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused and results-oriented. Excellent project management, documentation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20% per year) and domestically.
