Job Responsibilities

• Work schedule: 4 to 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM
• On-call duties: 0 to 3 days for urgent needs
• Patient load: 18 to 22 patients daily
• Focus areas: Opioid use disorder, substance use disorder (SUD), and mental health
• Provide care for chronic diseases, acute visits, and preventive services
• Experience with minor procedures is necessary
• Hospital privileges are required
