Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts for coating by thoroughly cleaning and sanding surfaces.

• Mix powder coatings precisely according to required specifications.

• Apply powder coatings evenly using specialized application equipment.

• Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure a high-quality, defect-free finish.

• Perform regular maintenance on coating equipment utilizing mechanical skills.

• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines to maintain a positive, safety-first work environment.

• Execute physical tasks requiring continuous standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all preparation, application, and inspection phases.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
