Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient assessments and formulating tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic conditions in conjunction with physicians or autonomously (depending on credentialing)
• Providing education to patients and their families on wellness, disease prevention, and management
• Prescribing necessary medications and therapeutic interventions within your practice scope
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and managing chronic care conditions

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Key Certifications
