Job Description

D-Skilled Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Dishing Press Machine Operator for a manufacturing opportunity in Saginaw, Texas.

We are looking for dependable, mechanically inclined candidates with at least 2 years of industrial machine operation experience , preferably in a machine shop, metal forming, or heavy manufacturing environment.

This position involves operating industrial manufacturing equipment, following production instructions, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

IMPORTANT: This position is in a VERY HOT, NON-CLIMATE-CONTROLLED manufacturing facility. Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions and committed to working second shift long-term.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishing press and other assigned manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read, understand, and follow manufacturing orders, work instructions, and production requirements.
• Accurately read and use a tape measure to verify material dimensions.
• Monitor machinery and identify production or equipment issues.
• Handle, position, and move materials according to production requirements.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Strictly follow plant safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Communicate with team members to meet production goals.
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work scheduled overtime and Saturdays as production requires.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial machine operation experience.
• Previous machine shop experience required.
• Experience with industrial presses, metal forming, or similar manufacturing machinery strongly preferred.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing work orders.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication required.
• Must be comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled industrial facility.
• Must be committed to working second shift on a long-term basis.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid Texas ID.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete the E-Verify process.
• Must complete required pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Experience

• Dishing press operation.
• Metal forming, stamping, or industrial press machinery.
• Forklift operation.
• Overhead crane operation.
• Industrial machine troubleshooting and maintenance.

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday: 3:30 PM–1:30 AM
Saturday (as needed): 1:30 PM–9:30 PM

Candidates must be willing to work the assigned second-shift schedule consistently. This is not intended as a temporary arrangement before transferring to first shift.
