Healthcare Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team, providing care to residents in a compassionate and supportive environment. The role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for patients and collaboration with fellow team members to ensure the best care possible.

Shift Details

Type: 5 x 8 Variable; Days and Evenings

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Start: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM; 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents in the assisted living facility and memory care unit.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:16 to ensure personalized attention and effective support.
• Utilize Point Click Care for accurate and timely charting of patient information.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Engage with patients and their families to promote a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Housing Information

On-site housing may be available upon request, depending on availability. Housing typically consists of an apartment within the assisted living facility. Requests for housing availability and cost must be approved prior to an offer.

Patient Population

The facility includes a 32-bed assisted living area and an additional 8-bed memory care unit, accommodating a total of 40 residents.
