Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Toms River, NJ / Hybrid. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and present Mozart&CO.’s brand and creative services in a clear, compelling manner. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, conducting discovery calls and in-person meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and tracking opportunities in a CRM system. The role also involves collaborating closely with the creative and strategy teams to align client needs with agency solutions, providing regular follow-ups, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Salesperson is expected to represent the agency professionally at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Qualifications Strong consultative sales skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals in a B2B environment Experience presenting services, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with business clients Solid understanding of branding, marketing, or creative services, with the ability to translate client needs into agency solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear, confident presentation abilities Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software to manage leads, track activities, and report on pipeline Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously Previous sales experience in marketing, advertising, or creative agencies is highly beneficial Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
