The amount depends on business and individual results. Bauer Entertainment Marketing ( is looking for a dynamic professional to support its Human Resources initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in human resources within the entertainment, marketing, and sports industry. As an Human Resources Intern, you will support the HR Advisor with day-to-day operations while gaining valuable experience across multiple HR functions, but mainly the recruiting function. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to build practical skills while working alongside an experienced HR professional in a collaborative environment. Daily activities include, but are not limited to the following:Assist with recruiting processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordinationSupport onboarding activities for new employeesHelp maintain employee recordsParticipate in research projects related to HR best practices, benefits, surveys, etc.Assist with planning and execution of employee engagement initiativesProvide administrative support for performance management processesContribute to HR policy and procedure updatesThis position reports to the HR Advisor. This is an unpaid internship that will correspond with your educational study / school credit requirements. This internship can be done from our workspace in East Nashville and/or remotely.
