Job Overview:

• This role supports demand planning, inventory management, master data governance, and supply chain operations within a dynamic medical device environment.
• This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, analyzing planning and inventory performance, supporting business systems and integration initiatives, and assisting with day-to-day planning and purchasing activities.
• The position works closely with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate data and efficient supply chain execution.
• Given the organization's ongoing business transformation, system implementation, and process improvement initiatives, this role will play a key part in supporting integration activities, testing, data validation, and operational readiness efforts.
• The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable to change with broader ownership of demand, supply, and inventory planning responsibilities.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

 

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, procurement, or related analytical roles.
• Experience working with inventory management, inventory reconciliation, receiving processes, and transaction accuracy.
• Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP is a plus), planning tools, or business system implementations is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, life sciences or medical device environment is preferred.

• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and purchasing processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of how Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Commercial, and IT functions interact within a medical device company.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP and supply planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP, or equivalent platforms is a plus.
