Job Description

As a Security Officer Reception Operations in Bala Cynwyd, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will provide a welcoming presence, manage visitor access, monitor entry activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Your customer service and communication skills will help support a positive experience for tenants, guests, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying access credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor building entry points, access control systems, cameras, and communications equipment, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, visitor documentation, and incident reports while providing professional communication and support to building occupants.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
