Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Kyo is seeking a BCBA in the Phoenix area who is committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA, supported by a collaborative and experienced clinical team. Work a reduced billable schedule while maintaining full-time pay and benefits. This is a hybrid remote position. Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 per year Unlicensed AZ pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year $15,000 Relocation Bonus Available $15,000 Sign On Bonus BCBAs AT KYO: Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education and Skills: Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification. Transportation: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites. Availability: Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am-7:00pm, Monday-Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs Physical Ability: This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
