Job Details We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent role, which will be instrumental in steering our financial operations and contributing to our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in billing management and a strong proficiency in Deltek or a similar platform. Responsibilities: As a Billing Manager, your primary role will be to oversee our billing operations. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Managing the entire billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness. 2. Utilizing Deltek for billing procedures, financial tracking, and reporting. 3. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure all billing information aligns with financial reports. 4. Streamlining billing and payment processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 5. Resolving any billing issues in a timely and effective manner. 6. Implementing and enforcing strict company policies and regulations to maintain the financial health of the company. 7. Coordinating with other departments to ensure all billing activities are in line with the overall company objectives. 8. Preparing and presenting reports on billing activities to senior management. 9. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company's billing procedures remain compliant and competitive. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a billing management role. 2. Proficiency in Deltek or a similar financial management platform. 3. Strong knowledge of billing procedures, including preparation, submission, and payment collection. 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve billing issues efficiently. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with other departments and customers. 8. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. 9. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
