Rent Billing & AR Specialist (Affordable Housing)

Community Reinvestment Initiatives, Inc. is seeking a Rent Billables Coordinator to oversee resident rent calculations and billing processes for affordable housing portfolios. The role requires ensuring compliance with HUD and other regulations while maintaining accurate tenant records. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounts receivables or rent accounting, familiarity with Yardi Property Management Software, and strong organizational skills.
