Personal Assistant OpportunityOur client, a successful tech founder & CEO, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, & personable Personal Assistant to support their family in San Francisco. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys making life easier for others, keeping a household running smoothly, and jumping in wherever needed. The ideal candidate is warm, discreet, resourceful, and highly attentive to detail, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and take ownership. This is a wonderful opportunity to become a trusted partner to a close-knit family, with the potential for the role to grow over time. They are open to a 24-40 hr./week schedule, depending on the candidate.The Nitty GrittyManage day-to-day household needs, including errands, shopping, returns, mailing packages, organizing, and general household upkeepMaintain the family calendar, schedule personal appointments, and send reminders for upcoming events and commitmentsOversee and coordinate with nannies, household staff, and outside service providersServe as the point person for household maintenance and projects, coordinating with vendors and managing timelines and budgetsManage incoming mail, packages, and documents, including opening, organizing, and scanning as neededAssist with school pickups/drop-offs and occasional childcare for two children as neededWalk and care for the family dog/puppyArrange family travel, including transportation, reservations, and detailed itinerariesAssist with ordering and/or preparing healthy lunches and meals as neededHelp plan and execute family gatherings and events, including larger, highly creative celebrationsInteract with family guests and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and discretionTake on miscellaneous personal and household projects as needed — no two days will look exactly the sameThe Essentials3+ years of previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Assistant, House Manager, and/or Executive AssistantA true "pitch in wherever needed" mentality and willingness to take ownership of a wide variety of tasksExceptionally organized with a meticulous eye for detailWarm, personable, and approachable communication styleStrong judgment and the ability to anticipate needs without being askedProactive, resourceful, and adaptable approach to problem-solvingAbility to interact comfortably with family, children, household staff, vendors, and guestsHigh level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentialityComfortable working around an executive who works from homeFluency in French is a major plusValid CA Driver's License- the family has a vehicle available for use and rideshare services can also be utilizedThe Cherry On TopWork directly with a warm, kind, and down-to-earth tech founder and his familyBecome a trusted member of a close-knit householdLocation: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) - Primarily based out of the family's home, with potential flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week once established in the roleCompensation: $100-125k base salary depending on hours, skills, experience, and expertiseBenefits include: PTO, gas/mileage reimbursement, potential healthcare stipend
