Picker Lead Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring a Picker Lead for a warehouse in Gastonia, NC! This is a great opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals with warehouse experience and leadership skills who are ready to start work right away. Location: Gastonia, NC 28056 Pay Rate: $18 an hour Seasonal Job 1st shift 6am-4pm 2nd shift 6pm-4am Job Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of warehouse pickers to meet daily production goals. Coordinate picking activities and help ensure orders are picked accurately and efficiently. Use an RF scanner to track inventory and complete picking tasks. Monitor workflow, productivity, and accuracy while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Assist with training team members and communicating daily priorities. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Requirements: Previous warehouse experience; leadership or team lead experience preferred. RF scanner experience required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to work as part of a team and help meet daily goals.
