This job includes providing directions and details for drivers to arrive in the allocated time given. Candidate must be a quick thinker as well as detail oriented. Being a team player is a must as well as having a friendly and professional personality with co-workers, drivers and customers. Individual must be able to work well under pressure without hesitation.

Must have a reliable source of transportation, clean criminal background, and most importantly excellent customer service skills.
