Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Listen carefully to customer needs and questions. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist customers with routine questions and service requests. Follow up with customers and prospective customers when appropriate. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Communicate promotional information clearly and professionally. Assist with customer outreach and lead generation activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Escalate customer concerns to appropriate team members when necessary. Communicate customer feedback and recurring questions to the team. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer service and performance goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Customer-focused attitude. Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to learn. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
